Common questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

How does Local Margin make money?
From your monthly plan, and from the products you order through us. Each product has one price that covers buying it for you, and you see it in full before you order. You're never charged for a product we don't buy.
When do I pay for an order?
Your card is held when you order, not charged. We charge it once we've bought the goods, and only for what we bought. If we can't buy something, that part of the hold is released.
How soon do you buy my order?
We aim to buy within 2 working hours. Orders placed overnight or at the weekend are bought the next working morning.
Who buys, preps and ships my products?
We buy the goods for you, our prep partner gets them Amazon-ready, and they ship to your Amazon store. You can follow every order until it reaches your store.
Do I see the supplier?
No. You buy from Local Margin, and we buy from the supplier for you, so the supplier never learns who you are. There are no supplier accounts, applications or minimums on your side.
Do I need an Amazon seller account?
Yes. You connect your Amazon seller account before you order, so we can check what you're approved to sell and send your orders into your store.
How do I get early access?
Join the waitlist. Early access opens in waves, so every seller gets enough good deals, and we'll email you when your wave opens.
